The best way to start is to contact one of our CFI's to make a personalized plan for you. But all you need for day one is to show up and continue to be motivated!
You'll eventually need some form of ground school, an FAA Medical, present either a US Passport or Birth certificate, and your own Airplane Headset
No, you CAN start flying on day one! However, many people find it beneficial to do an online or other form of ground school prior to or during flight training.
Currently, we fly out of Salida, and Leadville Colorado, and offer lessons in both locations. For scenic tours, expect Buena Vista to be added to the list!
